This policy applies to all products and services offered through https://www.livingliferural.com and through third-party platforms used to deliver products and process payments, including Subtrio.
Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to, PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, spreadsheets, and downloadable resources.
- Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed.
- If a refund is issued, access to the digital product will be revoked.
Please note:
- Refunds are not guaranteed due to lack of usage, misunderstanding of the material, or unmet expectations after the 7-day period.
- Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.
Done-For-You & Troubleshooting Services
For done-for-you services or troubleshooting work:
- No refunds are offered once the service has been purchased and work has begun.
- If Living Life Rural is unable to resolve the agreed-upon issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Clear communication and accurate information are required for services to be completed successfully.
1:1 Calls & Consultations
For 1:1 calls, troubleshooting sessions, or consultations:
- Refunds or reschedules are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call are non-refundable.
- Missed calls or no-shows are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when applicable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Living Life Rural may result in:
- Immediate revocation of product access
- Loss of access to services
- Documentation provided to the payment processor as needed
